Cleaners Workmate was created by Christopher Howlett, whose cleaning career began at Sheraton Mirage, Port Douglas. Learning from the ground up shaped an old-school, structured approach: correct techniques, organised cleaning programs, attention to detail and consistent standards.
That practical foundation guides Workmate: understand the area, plan the method, record the work and follow up on recurring problems.

Bring in outside professionals
Prepare a deep-cleaning scope, review what will be shared and request cleaners through the job board. Compare responses, then agree the final work and timing directly.

Keep the service history
Keep inspection findings, follow-up actions, contractor evidence references and restaurant sign-off. Plan the next deep-clean visit from the previous signed-off service.

Keep routine logs and inspection actions in the restaurant’s private area. Share only a reviewed deep-cleaning request with registered cleaners. The job board is in early access; check experience, insurance and availability before choosing.
Workmate supports internal records and inspection preparation. It does not provide an official health approval. Bookings and payments are agreed directly with the cleaner.
